This eggshellwhite leather jacket is so sexy with it's fitted form and not like every leather jacket with some extra design makes is special. Here worn chick over a dress but definitely very cool over jeans and some nice pumps.

I would call this trench BCBG's new signatory for this season. Beautiful, interesting, chic and elegant. Love it.

My Spring 2011 picks for this week (Gucci, Michael Kors & Versace)

My picks for this week are from Gucci's, Michael Kors' and Versace's Spring 2011 collection.

Gucci (Pictures by Gucci)

This outfit is in all magazines for this year's spring. I love the golden belt. You can combine with so many other outfits as well and check out the matching sandalettes.

I love Michael Kors' beautiful accessories. Check out these handbags, sandals and swim wear.

                              Orange is big this year which I personally love as it is my favorite color

We had the taupe colored sandals already last year and still in fashion for this year. I like the color a lot. Combine it with a matching colored handbag.

This bathing suit is so chic. I am not a fan of bathing suits as I wear bikinis but this one I would definitely wear. So elegant.


Versace (Pictures by Versace)

Versace is a class for itself. Very sexy, stylish and unique. Check out my favorite dresses from their current spring collection.

                         Displayed in the current March edition of Vogue. Very nice in sexy red.

 

I like this combination of dress with blazer. A lot of red but the right woman can handle it. I would not wear it with the blue sandals but black for nights or beige for the day.

Definitely a night outfit. I like that Donatella Versace designs these bodyfitting dresses. Very sexy.

Very similar to the previous black posted dress but in beige it is also wearable during the day. I like the little hint of blue-turquoise in the sandals. The same blue in a clutch and you are ready to go. Also displayed in Vogue's March edition.

Eras in Style Fashion Show

This weekend I attended the Eras in Style Fashion Show in Westchester. It was a show of 7 different young and new designers presenting their fall/winter 2011 collections themed after different eras in fashion. The first designer was Maurice Hamlin who showcasted the African Stone Age which means we saw a lot of light beige colors and some designs were like out of the Fred Firestone cartoon show.

Austin Paul who gave us the journey of the Herum Pant followed right after.

This I actually liked and see it possible to wear on the streets. Nice Abs too :)                       



Five more designers showed eras like the 50s, 70s, 80s & 90s. See yourself:

The guidance through the show was done by two funny ladies who really knew how to keep the crowd entertained. The show was not to be compared to any of the shows I attended in the city of course and the clothes no potential for my clients but for a first time run for these young newcomers it was a well done performance. Sarar Fashion Show @ Hudson Terrace NYC

My friend Tunc Hepguler invited me to his fashion show of Sarar where he is the Executive Vice President. Sarar has its origin in Turkey and is the leading brand there for men's clothing. Sarar was introduced first to the US in 2001 and has opened 8 stores in 6 states since then. As I have corporate clients as well, I love bringing them to Sarar for their tailored suits; very chic and trendy with luxurious fabrics from mostly Italy. One of the front row guests was Dina Lohan, Lindsay Lohan's mom. The show was a total success. Accompanied by arabic music the models presented the new spring/summer 2011 collection. Lots of light colors like white, pink and lilac for the men next to the classic anthracite and black suits of course. The models were gorgeous. Well done!

WTB Fall 2011 Fashion Show

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora and designer/musician Nikki Lund had their debut on New York fashion week with their new line WTB (White Trash Beautiful) which was also the name of the song for the runway and the inspiration for Richie to launch a fashion line. Of course, Richie attracted some celebrities such as NY housewifes Alex McCord and Ramona Singer, actor Chaske Spencer from Twilight, actor Vince de Paul from Madman and singer Ryan Star who also started off the show with one of his new songs. I loved the line, very rock influenced with mostly black outfits in leather, satin and metalic but also elegant with some really stunning and beautiful gowns, so nothing trashy at all. A lot of short skirts and dresses as well for which you need a license to wear for overwhelming sexiness. Shoes and boots were presented by Report Signature Footwear and Jewelry by NY housewife Ramona Singer. All in all one of my favorite shows of the week. The music, the outfits, the models, the designers, everything was great. Well done, Richie and Nikki.
